Teeth which have become damaged either by decay, wear, or trauma need to be restored to arrest the damage and put back any structure that has been lost. The teeth need to be preserved both individually and all together. Damage to one tooth can affect the function of others.

We aim to restore teeth using materials which are safe, biocompatible and which mimic natural tooth structure as closely as possible. This may be with the use of a white filling material or, where damage is extensive, using crown or onlay restorations to reinforce what remains and replace the missing tooth structure. Missing teeth can be replaced using bridges or implants.

In our restorative treatment recommendations we will always consider first the primary health of the teeth and will always treat any foundational problems before final restoration.

For our crown/ bridge and implant work we work closely with master technicians, who are involved at every stage of the procedure.

We have an excellent denture technician also available.
